The Diamond City Partnership (DCP), Wilkes-Barre’s nonprofit downtown management organization is proud to kick off the SIPS Happy Hour series in the heart of Downtown Wilkes-Barre’s art, culture, dining and entertainment district.

Some of Downtown’s most popular restaurants and bars will be offering discounted drink specials every Wednesday from 5-7pm, May 1st through August 31st.

Wednesday nights in Downtown Wilkes-Barre will be the place to be for SIPS Happy Hours at the following locations: Bank & Vine, Boozy B’s, Cafe’ Toscana, Franklin’s, Oyster Restaurant, Rodano’s, Senunas’ Bar & Grill, and The DownPour.
