We want to say THANK YOU to our area’s first responders!

Thank you to our healthcare professionals, firefighters, police officers, EMTs, and so many more… We appreciate all of you each and every day. That’s why we’re going to celebrate YOU, and we want all of NEPA to hear.

My name is Robert Hartman and I am a First Responder. (TACTICAL PARAMEDIC / FIREFIGHTER 1 ) I started out at 17 years old as a volunteer firefighter in Hunlock Creek. then I joined the ambulance Assoc. I went to LCCC for PARAMEDIC  and PENNSYLVANIA STATE FIRE ACADEMY for FIREFIGHTER 1.  SCUBA SCHOOLS INTERNATIONAL for scuba training
I have been in  Fire and EMS  for 37 years. I worked for several different companies over the years.  I Am currently Employed full time at NANTICOKE MEDIC – 25,  Pier Diem at Trans-med Ambulance and Volunteer at Hunlock Creek Ambulance.
 In my spare time, I am an Advanced Open water Scuba diver along with my Son Coty.
Working as a Paramedic is a great job and have enjoyed it all the good and the bad.
