Another DC Fandome event was held over the weekend and one of the biggest moments happened when Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson shared a glimpse of his upcoming film, Black Adam.

So, who is Black Adam? Well, Black Adam’s history is a little difficult to follow. He is a supervillain whose origins can be traced back to Captain Marvel, except it’s not the Captain Marvel you might be thinking of. It’s the Captain Marvel that would be later known as Shazam. Hopefully, that makes a little bit of sense.

Either way, Johnson stated that it’s been a passion project of his to bring Black Adam to the big screen and that will soon become a reality.
