Bands have to be careful when they cover songs, because the backlash could be pretty brutal.

Kind of like Nickelback, who covered Metallica’s “Sad But True” at a show, and once the video surfaced, people were outraged.

Thing is, it’s really not that bad, and not far from the original. Wouldn’t be surprised if people got mad before they even heard it just because Nickelback was in the description.
